"How long will it take...?"
Your settlement will take as long as your injuries take to heal, in certain cases
however you can get an excratier payment to fast-track your claim, but this isn't adviseable.

Insurance companys want us all to believe that they have our own interests at heart,
quite simply this is not the case. They have their own.

This is a big 'urban myth', normally people who say they received this much are either
exaggerating. or have included their vehicle damage PAV settlement inclusive to their injury claim.
"I was hit by an uninsured driver is there anything you can do...?"
Yes, we can submit a claim through the Motorists Insurers Bureau. Be prepared for
a long drawn out claim. Your damage to your vehicle can be sought but you will have to pay for the first £300.
"I had an accident but it was about a year ago, can you help me...?"
You have upto 3 years to make a claim, even if you currently have a claim with someone
else but you aren't happy with their service, we can intecept your claim providing you haven't had your independent medical.
"My friend had an accident would it be ok for me to pass their details onto you...?"
As long as you have their approval then that's fine.
