Private work can be actually passed onto RTA Law, as long as the "victim" has given their permission for us to approach them, then their details can be passed onto us to pursue any claim. Many people contact us to use our service again, as unfortunately Accidents will happen, and oftern re-occur to the same unfortunate individuals, or simply to their friends, loved ones, or neighbours. If expressed at time of referral, then a complimentary commission can be paid to the referrer. But not until the work gets accepted.
